Summer Bouquet Wedding Cupcakes. This was a large order of seventeen dozen cupcakes divided into 3 equal groups of perfect chocolate cupcakes with rich ganache filling and whipped coconut buttercream, butter yellow cupcakes with fresh strawberry filling and whipped strawberry buttercream and an even mix of perfect chocolate and butter yellow topped with whipped buttercream. Highlighting the tops of each group includes fresh strawberries, coconut shavings and hand cut fondant flowers. Congratulations to a wonderful couple!
