Simply make your favorite flavor of cupcake ( these are a mix of chocolate and vanilla ) then top with a yummy buttercream frosting and fun pastel sprinkles! Then simply add a peep on top and you have the cutest cupcakes to bring to any party!

Nothing like some peeps on top of homemade lemon cupcakes with buttercream frosting — Yum! So much better than exploding them in the microwave . . .

I made these for a party this Spring with my friends and they were a hit! They really were not too hard to make! I first made the flower sugar cookies and frosted those in pretty pastels and adorned them with pearl sprinkles. I placed the stick in each cookie. The next day I made the cupcakes with pretty pastel buttercream frosting. Then all you do is pop the cookie stick in and you have a gorgeous Spring cupcake! They are the perfect dessert too! Who doesn’t like a cupcake and a cookie?!!
